MY APPROACH
ABOUT ME
Camila Weinberg
Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant
Motherhood introduced me to an entirely new world that I fell in love with, especially when I realized so many moms need support and often don't have their emotions and mental health state considered when working with sleep experts.

I was sleep-deprived for months until I decided to seek help and find alternatives that don’t involve letting my baby cry it out, as this would only be a new trigger to my anxiety.
I can tell you I’ve been through the worst hardships as a pregnant woman living abroad, facing depression and anxiety, and sleep deprivation was the last straw for me. So I am here to support you, mom - or dad - who have found yourselves in similar difficulties.

Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping parents and their babies overcome sleep deprivation through my heart-felt approach. Each child and each family is unique and, therefore, needs personalized treatment that begins with a thorough sleep assessment and analysis.

I can assure you that you will witness noticeable progress and improvement in your baby's sleep patterns as we start our coaching journey.

Gentle, Natural, just as Sleep should be
Family-oriented – I believe in teamwork as a family and for a family. Parents and caregivers are given space to share and contribute.
Professionalism and Trust – I would never teach something I wouldn’t do with my own children or that I am not confident teaching. Evidence-based is also a pivotal piece of my work. While I can not teach what goes against my gut or that feels wrong to me (such as following extra prescriptive methods – CIO), I value evidence-based approaches and continuing education. Trust and professionalism also mean setting realistic expectations and goals with clients.
Diversity and Inclusion – All parents and families are welcome to learn from and receive my services. I contribute with diverse perspectives, knowledge, and culture.
Passion – I do it because I’m passionate about helping and supporting other families to grow healthier. My passion keeps me driven to achieve my goals and help parents achieve theirs.
